Castelsardo è un paese sul Golfo dell'Asinara, lungo la costa settentrionale della Sardegna. E' proprio lo splendido panorama che attrae turisti provenienti da tutta Italia e non solo, che entusiasma tutti gli amanti del mare e che fa venire voglia anche a chi il mare non lo vede spesso di visitare una così esclusiva località. Suggestivo borgo medievale a strapiombo sul mare, è famoso soprattutto per il suo artigianato. La città è rinomata anche per ospitare una delle feste tradizionali sarde più emozionanti, i riti della Settimana Santa. - Imponenti bastioni, scale ripide e strette vie acciottolate caratterizzano la roccaforte sito del Castello dei Doria, edificato nel XII secolo, al cui interno è ospitato il Museo dell'Intreccio mediterraneo. Molto bella anche la Cattedrale di Sant'Antonio, risalente al XIV secolo, con la cupola del campanile ricoperta da maioliche policrome. Eccezionale la vista sul litorale.
