Scatto realizzato all'interno del percorso museale del Castello di Masino (TO). In un angolo di un corridoio, vicino ad una porta, quasi oscurato da una tenda, questo mezzobusto sembrava scrutare serioso chi entrava dalla porta. Il gioco di luce ed ombra che lo avvolgevano, mi ha spinto a fotografarlo per quella sensazione di mistero che trasmetteva. Ho mantenuto la versione colore per le leggere tonalità calde di questa atmosfera. La conversione b/n avrebbe, a mio gusto, reso troppo fredda la scena, privandola della atmosfera che emanava in quel momento di luce.
