Luglio 1984: l'Adda vecchia, e cioè quel tratto di acque selvagge che discendono a valle dello sbarramento di Paderno d'Adda (si intravvede il ponte S. Michele, alto oltre 80 metri, che sovrasta la diga). Ambiente molto suggestivo, che si dice sia stato riprodotto da Leonardo nella Gioconda (in realtà lo sfondo del dipinto sembra sia la Valtrebbia ed il ponte di Bobbio). Le sue acque tumultuose presentano rischi mortali a chi volesse avventurasi in kayak perché ci sono molti vortici e sifoni. Per gli addetti ai lavori si parla di passaggi di sesto grado.
