Ci sono stato quando non ancora avevo una reflex, se ben ricordo c'è un monte che sovrasta il lago e da lassù la visuale è spettacolare.
I have been there when it still had an SLR, if I remember correctly there is a mountain that overlooks the lake and the view from up there is spectacular.

Grazie mille  Beppe, credo che il monte che dici tu sia quello tutto a destra (quello in primo piano), é il monte di Caslano, in cima c'é una cappelletta e una croce, da li si gode una vista davvero mozzafiato, quindi adesso che hai una reflex io direi che ci starebbe fare una bella passeggiata in queste zone

Thank you very much :-) Beppe, I think the mountain that you say that everything is on the right (the one in the foreground), is the mountain of Locarno, at the top there is a small chapel and a cross, from there you can enjoy a really breathtaking, so now you have an SLR I would say that there would be a nice walk in these areas :-)

Ciao Timoty, sì la croce me la ricordo benissimo... probabilmente ci passerò a Luglio a cavalcioni della mia Harley quando andremo nuovamente a Lugano allo Swiss Days Harley Davidson. Ho un amico biker che vive a Stabio e normalmente passo da uno dei valichi di Saltrio.. cmq la zona è fotograficamente interessante, almeno per noi che siamo abituati a vedere le nostre coste liguri. Hello Timothy, yes I remember very well the cross ... probably spend July astride my Harley when we go back to Lugano in the Swiss Days Harley Davidson. I have a friend who lives in Stabio biker and normally quotation from one of crossings Saltrio .. cm ² the area is photographically interesting, at least for us who are used to seeing our Ligurian coast. Allora magari ci si vedrà a Lugano, pure io per un annetto ho avuto una moto (honda shadow vt600, so che non compete con l'harley ma era la prima moto e il $$$ era scarso)  anche se dubito fortemente che sarà facile data la quantità di gente che ci sarà :P eheh io ho un amico che é dentro al club "rööt vécc" di chiasso, magari anche questo tuo amico é dentro al club
Alla fine ogni luogo offre le sue possibilità fotografiche interessanti, solo che essendo abituati al posto in cui abitiamo non ce ne rendiamo conto

So maybe we will see in Lugano, well I for a year I had a motorcycle (honda shadow VT600, I know that does not compete with the harley but it was the first bike and the $ $ $ was poor):-D although I highly doubt it it will be easy given the amount of people that there will be: P hehe I have a friend who is in the club "rt VECC" of noise, maybe this is your friend in the club:-D
At the end of every place offers its interesting photographic possibilities, only that being accustomed to the place where we live not realize it :-(

Va a finire che qualcuno dei Root Vecc li conosco anche io, mi mandano gli inviti per qualche motoraduno ma sai com'è, alla fine si sceglie la comodità di quelli che fanno più vicini casa ... Andy Ferrari ad esempio me li manda spesso, ha una Shadow customizzata, però non so esattamente dove abiti, invece Sergio Otth abita a Stabio ed entrambi appartengono ai Root Vecc, vedrai che il tuo amico se glielo chiedi li conosce di sicuro, il club è molto attivo e organizzano spesso nella tua zona... come vedi alla fine ci si accorge che il mondo è piccolissimo

It turns out that some of the Root Vecc know them too, they send me invitations for a motorcycle rally but you know, in the end you choose the convenience of those who are closer to home ... Andy Ferrari for example, often sends them to me, has a customized Shadow, but I do not know exactly where you live, instead Sergio Otth lives in Stabio and both belong to the Root Vecc, you'll see that your friend if you ask him knows for sure, the club is very active and often organize in your area ... as you can see in the end we realize that the world is very small:-D
