Abisko (Lapponia Svedese), è un paesino di 85 abitanti nel nord della Sverzi. E' conosciuto per essere uno dei posti più indicati per vedere l'aurora boreale. Raggiungibile in treno, permette di non dover usare la macchina per raggiungerlo, cosa che ci ha fatto propendere per puntare su questa località per la nostra "caccia" all'aurora boreale. Qua una ripresa all'ora blu della scuola del paese. Neve e freddo (anche se non come si penserebbe a queste latitudini, giusto qualche grado sotto zero) per uno scenario tipicamente invernale. Qua ho unito due esposizioni per recuperare qualcosa sulle alte luci; ho mantenuto qualche zona al limite/bruciata perché questa era la scena che avevo davanti e così la trovo realistica. Cosa ne pensate? ditemi la vostra. Buona serata! Davide

It's a beautiful picture. It seems too clear to me in post-production. The sky was better if it was darker also to avoid those light and dark horizontal bands (visible in high resolution) that also come to me (will it be a defect of the Canon EOS?) if I lighten too much. The buildings are also very bright, but these are choices that still keep the photo pleasant.

On the sky I was also fought during the PP and I had some doubts of possible banding. The fact that you have also noticed it motivates me to review the processing of this shot to improve its yield. On the blue sky, I must say that it was very intense that evening, I will try with another elaboration in search of the square. The lights of the building were very intense, difficult to grasp the whole dynamic range.
