In occasione di un viaggio realizzato a Parigi nelle vacanze pasquali, ho avuto la fortuna di aver modo di cogliere una rara, quanto ghiotta, possibilità fotografica, ovvero fotografare la luna (quasi) piena allineata e centrata all'interno dell'Arco di Trionfo.
E' un genere che pratico molto ed a cui sono affezionato, per cui non mi sono lasciato sfuggire l'opportunità. La pianificazione dello scatto è stata effettuata a priori con Photopills, anche se giunto sul luogo ho dovuto riadattare un po' di cose al volo, in quanto il mega cantiere visto in zona su Google Maps ora non è più presente, con conseguenti variazioni della viabilità.
Lo scatto è stato realizzato ad una distanza di circa 1300 m dall'Arco, in zona Port de Maillot, con una focale di 520 mm. L'elevata distanza di scatto ha determinato le rilevanti dimensioni della luna in rapporto all'Arco.
L'aspetto più problematico è stata la gestione delle luci, a causa dell'elevato traffico ancora presente e delle relative luci mobili, che non permettevano di applicare le multiesposizioni che normalmente applico in notturne urbane.
