L'Ophrys fusca, a cui mi riferisco sensu latu, in Italia è presente con moltissime sottospecie/varianti ecologiche. La tassonomia di questa specie è complicata: c'è chi eleva tutte le sottospecie a rango di specie, chi le accorpa quasi tutte, altri ancora sostengono che la fusca "vera e propria" non sia nemmeno presente nel nostro paese. In attesa di ulteriori studi, posso solo constatare che queste entità simili all'Ophrys fusca sono presenti in svariati ambienti con diversi morfotipi e sono estremamente variabili. Con questa galleria vorrei creare una serie di immagini dal titolo "futuristico" in cui presento dei veri e propri modelli per la specie in questione; intendo sviluppare una serie di primi piani ben dettagliati di ogni pianta con uno sfondo il più possibile piacevole e uniforme.
