Hello Luke, thanks for bringing me into question. I state that I am a simple photography enthusiast. I often go around to catch some particular place or situation. The shot is taken one summer evening during one of the many white nights organized in tourist countries. I wanted to experiment with panning, but with a relatively long time for this technique. The lights in the background are those of an amusement park, in the foreground a street artist doing turns. With the long shot he created a sort of wheel. The result seemed pleasant and interesting in composition, brightness and contrast, a sort of painting with many brushstrokes created by light. Thank you for your consideration and attention to me.
