I was struck by those two ski mountaineers who, despite the cold and fog, continued their ascent towards the base of the north face of Mangart, and were so small compared to the mountain that they almost seemed to be two light light figures.

Mi ricordo quel giorno le condizioni atmosferiche proibitive, che dal punto di vista di un fotografo sono le più belle.
Mi colpirono quei due sci alpinisti che nonostante il freddo e la nebbia continuavano la loro salita verso la base della parete nord del Mangart, ed erano così piccoli in confronto alla montagna che sembrava quasi fossero due figure leggere leggere.
Mi fa piacere che tu l'abbia apprezzata, per me questa foto rappresenta la piccolezza dell'uomo di fronte alla natura!
