Your stories are very pleasant and you learn a lot of new things, thanks to your great preparation and experience in nature :-) shooting that I really like, for my taste a thread too airy especially at the top

Thank you very much Luigi, I'm glad you liked the photo and the caption :-) I
chose this composition for two reasons: 1) because I
wanted to include in the scene the circle of the sun that was higher
2) because I liked the light and the color of the background I
also took other closer shots, at sunset I always have to do everything quickly, that light lasts a few minutes, then it immediately becomes weaker.

In my part because of the hot summers of moths I see less and less, this for example I have never seen, if I'm not mistaken. I would say that you wrote an instructive caption and also a wonderful image. Hats off dear Marco. HELLO.

Thank you very much John and David for the kind comments :-) I
always meet this moth from late August to mid-September and it is quite rare, in the middle of summer it is too hot for years I have not seen them ...
Other moths, such as Agrius convolvuli and Hyles euphorbiae, meet them also at the beginning of August.

Hello Nadia thank you again, I am very pleased to convey some more knowledge about nature.
Approaching nature, being able to approach and touch these small animals requires time, calm and delicacy.
Photography is one of the last things to consider, and perhaps even the easiest.
