Un primo test del Samyang 135 f/2 per Canon, montato su una camera di ripresa ASI 183 MC-Pro. Devo ammettere che ciò che si legge in rete riguardo l'impiego astrofotografico di questa lente è tutto vero. Visto il costo è un gioiellino. Il campionamento, con questa configurazione, è proibitivo. Parliamo di 3.67 secondi d'arco per pixel, sostanzialmente terribile, ed essendo abituato al RASA da 400mm chiaramente la differenza in termini di risoluzione del dettaglio fine è abissale, tuttavia sul largo campo ce ne facciamo una ragione. Dovrò studiarmelo meglio e capire come ottimizzare le riprese. In questa prima prova ho deciso di riprendere un oggetto abbastanza esteso: la Elephant nebula, nella costellazione di Cefeo. Sono 55 scatti da 5 minuti ciascuno, a f/2.8, con filtro a banda stretta NBZ.
