In questa immagine un giro di danza come era uso fare un tempo nelle cucine delle case dei contadini. I cugini Lanzi musicisti del gruppo La Casa del Vento in un concerto nell'antica cucina del mulino, per la cerimonia di commemorazione di Pio Borri, primo partigiano caduto in provincia di Arezzo per mano dei nazifascisti l'11 novembre 1944 in località Molin di Bucchio. Il mulino che risale al XIII sec. ha funzionato fino al 1960. L'interno non ha subito trasformazioni ed ha mantenuto tutto il fascino del tempo che fu, l'antica cucina ottocentesca, collegata al mulino da ripide scale, è rimasta intatta. Conserva gli oggetti e gli odori delle vecchie abitazioni contadine. Ogni anno vi si ospitano concerti, commedie, laboratori e convegni.

La canzone del gruppo La Casa del Vento dedicata a Pio Borri.

La storia del mulino è anch'essa strettamente legata alla Resistenza, per esser stato lo scenario di un triste episodio in data 11 novembre del 1943, quando venne catturato, torturato ed ucciso il primo partigiano della Provincia di Arezzo, l'appena ventenne Pio Borri.

Durò soltanto due mesi la lotta contro i nazifascisti di questo giovane grossetano che l'8 settembre del 1943 si trovava ad Arezzo, dove era stato mandato di leva per essere arruolato nella milizia fascista.
Con l'armistizio, Borri abbandonò il reparto e si rifugiò in Casentino entrando a far parte della formazione partigiana “Vallucciole”. Il 10 novembre 1943, mentre scortava un autocarro proveniente da Arezzo che doveva portare viveri e rifornimenti alle bande partigiane operanti nella zona, fu catturato dai tedeschi e, dopo una giornata di torture, ucciso.

Pio Borri è stato insignito con la Medaglia d'argento al valor militare (alla memoria) con la seguente motivazione: “Organizzatore della prima formazione partigiani dell'aretino sempre volontario nelle azioni più rischiose, caduto in una imboscata, rispondeva prontamente con il fuoco della sua arma al nemico che gli intimava la resa. Colpito gravissimamente al petto, catturato e sottoposto ad atroci torture teneva contegno superbo e spavaldo rifiutando ogni delazione. Gettato per disprezzo nella neve, quindi esalava l'ultimo respiro, con sulle labbra il nome della madre e quello della Patria. Bellissima figura di patriota e di martire della libertà”.
