Uthai Thani è una piccola cittadina nel centro della Thailandia che il mese scorso è stata per alcune settimane sotto l'acqua dopo giornate intere di piogge monsoniche torrenziali. In questa strada di periferia un'abitante del luogo è costretta ad utilizzare una barca per uscire di casa, un motorino guidato da una signora con un cagnolino in braccio è costretto a fermarsi e a non poter andare più avanti mentre un bambino che vuole giocare con l'acqua viene recuperato dalla sorella più grande.
