Ciao Andrea,
Dal centro di Barrea(AQ) si prosegue sulla strada principale in direzione Alfedena(AQ), per circa un chilometro, quindi sul primo tornante a sinistra parte la strada sterrata che conduce alla sorgente Sambuco (io personalmente parcheggio sulla strada asfaltata, ma alcuni arrivano fino alla sorgente).
Da qui il sentiero è ben segnalato dalle bandierine del c.a.i. bianco-rosso, ed in prossimità dell'unico bivio che si incontra , c'è una bella freccia in legno con scritto appunto Lago Vivo.
Dalla sorgente, con buone gambe in un'ora e mezza si è sù!
Da precisare che il lago è detto "vivo", perchè appunto nasce in questo periodo dell'anno con lo scioglimento delle nevi, ma con l'arrivo dell'estate scompare completamente. Considerate le straordinarie nevicate di quest'anno e la tardiva primavera, credo che fino ai primi di giugno dovrebbe resistere.

From the center of Barrea (AQ), continue on the main road towards Alfedena (AQ), for about a mile, then on the first bend to the left side of the dirt road leading to the spring Elderberry (I personally parking on the paved road, but some come to the source).
From here the trail is well marked by flags cai white-red, and in the vicinity of the only intersection that you come across, there is a beautiful wooden arrow with written precisely Lake Vivo.
From the source, with good legs in an hour and a half you are on!
