Con i soggetti bianchi dovresti sottoesporre leggermente per evitare di bruciare le alte luci.
Credo comunque che qui tu possa in parte rimediare in post

With white subjects should underexpose slightly to avoid burning the highlights.
But I think here you can partially remedy in post ;-)
