Per quanto riguarda il FS la Oly lo fà spostando il sensore all'interno della fotocamera con tutti i problemi del caso (il metodo che hai citato tu è sicuramente più preciso nel fornire un'immagine finale migliore) ed in alcune macchine se vuoi, puoi avere il file finale delle immagini impilate.
Il cavalletto non l'ho usato ero seduto ed ho appoggiato le braccia sulle gambe, ho fatto una ventina di FS di cui solo 5 degni di nota.
