S'Istrada Longa è una lunga cornice rocciosa, in gergo 'cengia', che percorre a mezza costa una parete a strapiombo di circa 200 metri nell'entroterra della Sardegna. Sporge dalla roccia di qualche decina di centimetri (a volte pochissimi) interrompendo la verticalità della montagna, creando così un sentiero naturale sul quale alcuni temerari si avventurano. Questo sentiero di trekking da brivido si trova nel Supramonte di Baunei, in provincia di Nuoro, una zona punteggiata quasi ovunque da rocce calcaree. In alcuni tratti la cengia si restringe fino ad arrivare a meno di un metro di larghezza, quindi bisogna prestare molta attenzione, in quanto non vi sono mezzi di sicurezza quali cavi, corde ecc. La cengia offre alla vista un panorama mozzafiato. In lontananza si riesce a vedere persino il mare della spettacolare Cala Sisine, una della spiagge più belle del Golfo di Orosei, che è anche la foce di un piccolo torrente che nasce nell'altopiano del Golgo, proprio nel Supramonte di Baunei. La cengia offre alla vista un panorama mozzafiato. In lontananza si riesce a vedere persino il mare della spettacolare Cala Sisine, una della spiagge più belle del Golfo di Orosei, che è anche la foce di un piccolo torrente che nasce nell'altopiano del Golgo, proprio nel Supramonte di Baunei
