Hello everyone, I would like to ask for your help to find the right cut to this photo.
Let me explain why: I can not decide ... Staring at each point we find a different scene and somewhat interesting ... The composition I'm not crazy, actually, but overall it seems sensible also to propose it so. I hope that some of you who wants to give me some advice.
Even the PP was quite a gamble, normally I tend to leave intact the photo of this guy ...
I hope that at least some of this work is to be saved:-D, but do not hesitate to say what you think, is worse than telling me that I did another photo of Mer ........ ;-)

Ciao Nick!
Sinceramente a me il taglio piace così com'è;-)

Hello Nick!
Honestly I like the cut as it is ;-)
If you lose in the first third Croppi beautiful diagonal stony well that recalls those of the central part, in the last third there is nothing to delete.
Maybe I would have given a color to the sky a little 'less twin-jet also because it intonerebbe more with turquoise shutters of the house.
.... Take these observations with pliers huh? :-D
Congratulations!
Ciaooo
Michela

PS: but you used a tad bit of HDR?

Io ti direi di no...

The sky was dear Miss, in the sense that that part was coming a bit 'of haze. The Sun was on my left a little 'behind, beat her, but up to a certain point. Although I've used quite heavily photosh did not want to make up the scene with fake items.
Aiming higher than I would have taken a little 'more than blue, but in this type of composition I made foolish the diagonal of which you speak.

Regarding the HDR ... I'll say no ... There is only one image in RAW with shadows adjusted, desaturated colors and adjusted individually, a couple of adjustments and luminance noise reduction. I added the processed RAW to Jpeg of the same image only working the opacity of Jpeg. Score I applied an unsharp mask only in the areas that interested me. Do not think you can define HDR, ratherI'd call painstaking work:-D

Ancora compli!

Michela

So great
painstaking work
!
No, in fact, a further portion of the sky would not make sense.
Well ... good the first! ;-)
More complicated!

Ciao Nick:-P

Beautiful view, in the composition would not do any cutting, in my work as it is, good job in post, if I have to nitpick, there is a small loss of detail on the white boulders, perhaps an excess of contrast.
The shot I like.
Hello Nick:-P

The photo is excellent and really well made, being of the area, and knowing the place well:-D I just tried a shot that would owe more to cover also the "cascade" good for the rest ;-)

Grazie a Luca, Francoitaly e Antoniobuccella per i commenti e i complimenti.
@Antonio...
MrGreenMrGreen

Thanks to Luca, and Francoitaly Antoniobuccella for the comments and compliments.
@ Antonio ... The next time I make a ride over there I'll try some different shot, I was in the bike and I did not want to stop every two seconds, is an area where you do not never stop to photograph. :-D PS If you've ever wanted to do two shots tell me that you go!
@ Luke ... Surely you're right, but I did a little processing 'to intuition and do not overdo it with perfectionism. :-D:-D

Well, because now there are cars parked strange, or crooked horizons, but a beautiful composition that I would never change, I understand your talent. Congratulations to the pp so well described and well executed;-)

a greeting
