Buoni i colori, la maf e il dettaglio ma il riflesso sull'occhio del piccolo evidenzia che eri troppo vcino a lui per riprenderlo 
Le foto ai nidi di specie non protette, non sono vietate in questo forum ma ammesso e concesso che non si arrechi alcun disturbo, il rischio è l'effetto emulativo che si può innescare da parte di un fotografo meno esperto che quindi potrebbe far danno.
Una raccomandazione per tutti è quindi: prudenza, prudenza e prudenza

Puoi mettere un treppiede ad almeno 5 metri dal nido, usare un comando remoto senza fili e riprendere a debita distanza anche se gli ospiti hanno deciso di soggiornare nella tua siepe
la tua presenza può interferire con i voli dei genitori per l'approvigionamento dei pulli.
