una foto purtroppo un po' nera ma che non toglie il significato della bella esperienza vissuta su queste montagne himalayane- partiti dal rifugio con il buio e un po' di mal di testa , la guida durante la salita recita innumerevoli preghiera tibetane- questo fatto unito all'euforia di essere in cima ad un picco con lo sfondo del Cho-Oyu e sotto di noi un immenso ghiacciaio mi rialssa a tal punto che non ho più emicrania- la sera poi pernotteremo circa 1.200 m più in basso ed ecco che starò bene per tutto il periodo del trekking- (alta via dell'Everest)
