Le rondini, foto e comportamenti. Camminando con mia figlia sono rimasto a bocca aperta nel vedere decine di rondini volare basse su un prato, alla ricerca di cibo ? Pensai....chi mi conosce sa che amo documentarmi, a volte le mia foto sono solo l'apice di uno studio della natura o di un fenomeno. Ebbene mi sono documentato: L'aumento della pressione atmosferica porta gli insetti a spingersi verso terra. In sostanza, dopo l'aumento della pressione, l'aria inizia ad assorbire piccole gocce d'acqua e questa umidità si poggia sulle ali e i corpi degli insetti appesantendoli; non riuscendo più a volare in alto, quindi, rimangono sulla superficie in cerca di un rifugio. Le rondini "sentono" questo cambiamento di pressione e volano sempre più basse in cerca di cibo. Il volo delle rondini dipende, dunque, da quello degli insetti. Sono tornato sul campo, in tenuta mimetica per potermi avvicinare il più possibile e ho scattato qualche foto, con non poche difficoltà in quanto il volo delle rondini è veloce e cambia repentinamente traiettoria, insomma una bella sfida per l'autofocus della macchina.
