Da “primabrescia.it: Omeggiata nel Porto di Desenzano e, almeno apparentemente, abbandonata a se stessa. Questa è l'impietosa storia della «Zia Lalla IV», la storica imbarcazione parcheggiata all'imbocco del ponte alla Veneziana che spesso suscita la curiosità di visitatori e turisti, molti dei quali spesso approfittano della sua bellezza per scattare qualche foto ricordo. La Zia Lalla è una dragamine di progettazione olandese dei primi del Novecento appartenuta all'Impero Austro-Ungarico fino al 1918. Il compito dell'imbarcazione durante gli anni della Grande Guerra era stato quello di proteggere il golfo di Trieste per mezzo di disposizione di mine anti-nave nelle acque antistanti alla città, al tempo tenuta sotto il giogo straniero. Finita la guerra l'Italia ottenne numerosi mezzi militari e beni dall'Austria come prezzo di riparazione ai danni della guerra, tra cui la celebre Zia Lalla. La nave comincia così a passare di porto in porto passando da Venezia, dove viene usata come barca officina, e sul Po, dove con scarso successo viene impiegata come mezzo da rimorchio. Solo nel 1991, a quasi cento anni dal «battesimo di mare» la Zia Lalla IV entra nelle acque dolci del Garda. Per un prezzo irrisorio, sei milioni di lire (il costo a peso del ferro), la dragamine viene acquistata dall'imprenditore e politico lombardo di An Pier Gianni Prosperini. Dal 1991 al 2009 l'imbarcazione resta nel porto di Desenzano dove la proprietà effettua diverse riparazioni di ristrutturazione. Grazie ad una legge regionale scritta proprio quando Prosperini è assessore regionale al Turismo la Lalla attracca al Porto di Desenzano senza partecipare al sorteggio e agli inizi degli anni Duemila conosce il massimo del suo splendore: «Durante il lasso di tempo dal 2003 al 2009 l'imbarcazione ha ospitato gratuitamente matrimoni e celebrazioni - spiega Alessandro Penaccini , amico di Prosperini e vero e proprio punto di riferimento del porto desenzanese - Per diversi anni ha accompagnato le esequie di Sant'Angela sulle acque del lago». La svolta giudiziaria Il 16 dicembre 2009 Prosperini viene arrestato in diretta Tv (a «Forte e chiaro», programma di Antenna Tre) dalla Guardia di Finanza con l'accusa di corruzione e turbativa d'asta per appalti sulla pubblicità televisiva della regione Lombardia, in qualità di assessore regionale allo Sport, ai Giovani e al Turismo. Secondo l'accusa, Prosperini avrebbe incassato una tangente da 230 mila euro su un appalto da 7,5 milioni, per promuovere in tv il turismo in Lombardia nel triennio 2008 -2010. Durante le fasi giudiziarie, passate attraverso una richiesta di patteggiamento inoltrata dagli stessi legali di Prosperini, la Corte dei Conti e la Procura Regionale di Milano nei primi giorni di giugno del 2010 avevano proceduto al sequestro conservativo di beni dell'oramai ex assessore per una cifra che superava il milione e quattrocento mila euro. Tra immobili, tfr e beni vari vi era anche la celebre Zia Lalla IV, da quel giorno ferma nel Porto di Desenzano e posta sotto sequestro. I primi mesi qualcuno si era preso cura della sua manutenzione ma, vista anche la delicatezza del caso, dal 2011 la dragamine simbolo della vittoria italiana nella Prima Guerra mondiale è lì, ferma e «abbandonata». Al momento il sequestro impedisce qualsiasi azione conservativa o di demolizione, ragione per cui la Zia Lalla resta dov'è, quasi malinconica, a vigilare sul Porto Vecchio della città, proprio come quando era in attività nelle acque di Trieste, più di un secolo fa. Con l'unica differenza che adesso la Zia Lalla IV non ha né un proprietario né un equipaggio, nessun capitano e nessun mozzo. Un pezzo di storia di metallo che pian piano se ne va, incagliata nell'indifferenza dei difficili porti della burocrazia italiana.
