Il rifugio croda da lago si trova non lontano da Cortina d'Ampezzo ed è raggiungibile a piedi dopo una bella camminata panoramica che parte da Ponte di Rucurto a 1700 metri circa. Il rifugio si trova a 2046 mt e si affaccia sul lago Federa. Appoggio di fortuna su un sasso della riva. Filtro nd + gnd
