Uno stormo di migliaia di Quelea, piccoli uccelli passeriformi molto diffusi nell'Africa sub sahariana, si muove, velocissimo e chiassosissimo, da una pozza d'acqua al tronco secco di un albero e viceversa. Andata e ritorno. Più e più volte. Tutti insieme, come un'onda che si innalza, si increspa e poi si tuffa in giù. Osservarli è uno spettacolo ma per le coltivazioni sono un flagello.
