Visita "guidata" purtroppo , fin troppo guidata. Classica visita turistica presso uno dei tanti villaggi masai sparsi nell'area di Conservazione dello Ngorongoro. Dico purtroppo perchè di tradizionale ormai hanno solo i vestiti e gli accessori. Nella pratica sono dei "figuranti" che pur vivendo effettivamente in modo tradizionale, in realtà gran parte del sostentamento lo "estirpano" dai turisti con queste esibizioni e con le visite dei vari tour organizzati. Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi a far capire alla nostra guida che avremmo voluto visitare un villaggio autentico, ma pare sia praticamente impossibile da trovare a meno di non avventurarsi per strade davvero impervie e fuori dalle rotte tradizionali. Il resto dei villaggi "campano" di pastorizia e soprattutto di oboli richiesti ai turisti di passaggio per le visite. Accoglienza pari a zero, senso di sfruttamento totale, il dialogo in pratica è stato questo: " questa è la danza, questo il villaggio, questa la casa tipica, ora guardate la bancarella, comprate qualcosa , pagate e ciao! "
