Buoni i colori, la composizione, lo sfocato e la maf. Come interpretazione personale non sarei ricorso al crop , avrei alzato gli iso a 400 e chiuso di più il diaframma ricordando che la tua ottica promette 4 stop di sicurezza.
Se conosci qualcuno che voglia ottimizzare il suo corredo e che abbia un 70-200m f.2,8 II e un 100mm macro is consiglia di vendere/monetizzare l'extender 1.4 II e di sostituirlo con il kenko pro 300dgx 1,4x e infine di prendersi l'extender canon 2x serie II o III da usare solo con il 70-200mm f.2,8.
Con questo sconvolgimento si otterrebbe che:
il 70-200mm f.2,8 lavorerebbe da solo, con il kenko 1.4x e il canon 2x
il 100mm macro da solo o con l'extender 1.4x kenko
Poter usare un extender che non rovini le lenti del 100mm nacro e che mantenga l'af ha dei palpabili vantaggi:
-non si avrebbero perdite di nitidezza degne di nota
-si creerebbero 2 possibili approcci nella macro:
- a parità di distanza di ripresa, con l'extender avresti la presenza del soggetto che occuperebbe più spazio nella scena
- a parità di inquadratura/proporzioni potresti fotografare da più lontano

Grazie di nuovo Lauro, è proprio quello che vorrei fare, da poco sono passato al FF e si presentano situazioni che potrebbero essere migliorate come da te descritto.
