Ottima domanda e corretta la risposta che ti sei già dato... dopo essere state lessate, ancora bagnate vengono distese sui tralicci e mantenute poche ore in posizione orizzontale (che occupa spazio), poi vengono spostate (per liberare spazio appunto) sul pontile che vedi in foto dove possono essere disposte verticalmente perchè si sono già in qualche modo "incollate" grazie all'umido appiccicoso derivato dalla cottura... e via avanti così...
