A beautiful, beautiful portrait set!
A great knowledge of snakes emerges from these valuable galleries Stefano!
How do you approach a poisonous specimen at such a short distance with a wide angle?

Thanks Axl, in the morning when I am in thermoregulation they are quite calm.
With the wide angle, however, I use gloves, I shoot with the live view making small bursts by moving the camera slightly and then I choose the sharper ones.
If you are at 50-60cm instead you can normally photograph from the viewfinder without problems.
Ps: the R find the eye of snakes so they facilitate a lot. :-D

Congratulations really, it takes a great knowledge (and skill, of course) to approach these wonderful reptiles, really good.

Hello,Riccardo
