Nota Real chiesa di San Lorenzo, perché voluta dai Savoia, è ubicata nella centralissima piazza Castello, a lato del Palazzo Reale. L'attuale struttura barocca che si vede oggi fu opera di Guarino Guarini tra il 1668 e il 1687.
