Anni di ricerche per riuscire a trovare l'albero con un potenziale nido fotografabile, di tanto in tanto eccolo abitato, grazie all'upupa che quest'anno ha affidato le proprie uova a questo nido. Sono riuscito a seguire tutta la nidificazione ed ho avuto la fortuna di assistere al magico momento dell'involo dei piccoli, un'esperienza davvero unica che ho vissuto per la prima volta dopo 18 anni di fotografia naturalistica.
