una veduta della città di Napoli dall'alto di Castel Sant'Elmo: unico punto in cui è visibile la città sia ad est che ad ovest, dalla penisola Sorrentina fino a Capo Miseno e le isole flegree, visibili a destra, avvolte dalla foschia del cielo al tramonto.
