Mi-14 non sono molto numerosi. In polonia erano dodici il versione PŁ (per cercare e combattere la sottomarina) e sei Mi-14 PS (SAR), nel tempo quando ho iniziato a pilotare il Mi-14 PŁ nel 1986. Oggi sono rimasti solo qualche, sopratutto il modello per il SAR.
Nel acuni paesi anno avuto anche MI-14 BT per cercare e il dragamine (?) al mare.

Bell elicottero, facile da pilotare, affidabile, pesante (14 mile chili). Ma oggi dovrebbe essere in museo, non nel servizio di soccorso al mare.
