Complimenti per foto e per aver individuato l'arena. Chiaro che tutto contribuisce al disturbo, accoppiamenti e soprattutto covate andrebbero salvaguardati, ma altrettanto vero e' che gli animali si muovono nel territorio sempre con il "piano b" per cui il vero danno e' quello che ne causasse eventualmente la morte ( anche la non nascita chiaramente e' un problema) . Non credo che sciatori o ciaspolatori siano il peggio. Piuttosto cavi degli impianti e caccia indiscriminata. Il motivo pero' piu' plausibile che conferma anche , come dicono sli studi di una ciclicita' naturale della presenza del forcello, e' l'aumento dei predatori naturali che aumentano con l'aumentare delle prede e diminuiscono quando le prede scarseggiano a favore di un conseguente reincremento . In Valsesia il massimo sviluppo del forcello si ricorda esserci stato almeno fino ai primi anni 60, periodo coincidente con quello in cui si e' smesso di mettere lacci e trappole per gli animali " nocivi" o da pelliccia oltre alla dismissione degli alpeggi alle quote piu' alte ( pare che centri anche questo). Da quel momento e' iniziato un calo che ci porta fino ad oggi dove la presenza sembra essersi stabilizzata. Una cosa che si nota almeno da noi e' anche il netto calo della presenza del mirtillo ( alimento tra i preferiti del forcello). Concordo con Lucia , non potendo rinunciare ad addentrarci nei territori abitati stabilmente da altre specie, l'unica cosa che e' doveroso fare e' cambiare atteggiamento e con umilta' informarsi e cercare di conoscere il modo per creare meno criticita' possibile .
