Hello Edoando, I'm really sorry for the late reply; I haven't been back to Juza since.
I've used different flashes over the years. For this photo, it's just the built-in flash on my X-t20 camera with a Pringles tube and paper towels as a diffuser. I later used the Meike Mk320 and the YONGNUO twin flash. What I find more important than the flash is how you diffuse the light.
