About the technique ... well, not really a "technical" but ultimately the shot was made that way.
At the base is a red card, I passed centrally over a layer of beads / sequins / glitter (well you understand:-D) mixing it in black + purple, while the edges there is a color gold / bronze.
With a brush I drew the symbol for infinity so that emerge below the red color of the card and I rehearsed the track with your finger so that might be more natural.
After that, I did a series of tests with torches LED lighting and classic, depending on the angle and intensity of light colorspangles changes. In the end I preferred the picture you see that essentially has not been great PP apart from a slight vignetting and saturation.
To make the shot, of course, I used a tripod and, as entered above, a macro lens.

Riguardo la tecnica...bhè non è proprio una "tecnica" ma in definitiva lo scatto è stato realizzato così.
Alla base c'è un cartoncino rosso, sopra ho sparso centralmente uno strato di brillantini/lustrini/porporina (insomma hai capito) mischiandola nella colorazione nera + viola, mentre ai bordi c'è una colorazione oro/bronzo.
Con un pennello ho tracciato il simbolo dell'infinito di modo che emergesse il sottostante colore rosso del cartoncino e ho ripassato la traccia con il dito di modo che risultasse più naturale.
Dopo ciò, ho fatto una serie di prove di illuminazione con torce a led e classiche; a seconda dell'inclinazione e dell'intensità della luce il colore dei lustrini cambia. Alla fine io ho prediletto la foto che vedi che essenzialmente non ha subito grande PP a parte una leggerissima vignettatura e saturazione.
Per realizzare lo scatto, naturalmente, ho utilizzato il cavalletto e, come inserito sopra, un obiettivo macro.
Spero di essere stata "comprensibile"; se così non fosse, chiedi pure!
