Affacciata sul mare, c'è la spettacolare laveria Lamarmora, realizzata nel 1897, che trattava piombo e zinco. La struttura è costituita da quattro volumi sovrapposti e degradanti verso la costa, percorsi da archi. Ai lati due forni e due ciminiere. All'interno stavano impianti di separazione e classificazione dei minerali, ambienti per il loro stoccaggio, macchina a vapore e sala forni. Nella parte più bassa, un deposito e un porticciolo per le barche da trasporto. Il pavimento è in cotto e la copertura, oggi perduta, in legno. La miniera conobbe un lungo periodo florido nella prima metà del XX secolo, interrotto soltanto dalle due guerre mondiali, con punta massima negli anni Trenta. Decadde con la grande crisi estrattiva degli anni Settanta e Nebida si spopolò.
