thanks for the visit and the feedback on this shot that I made inside the Etruscan necropolis of Tarquinia.
It was a very hot and suffocating summer day: the owners of the dog (a couple of English tourists) had momentarily left him in the shade while they had come down a short distance to visit a tomb: my wife and I nodded that we would keep him checked: he did not move in the slightest and for those few minutes he kept his gaze fixed on the entrance of the tomb waiting for the return of his masters.
I couldn't help but photograph it. ;-)
