Dalla loggia del Palazzo Ducale . La basilica di San Giorgio Maggiore progettata dal grande architetto Andrea Palladio si affaccia sul bacino di San Marco . Tra tutte le varie opere interne alla basilica purtroppo è stato trafugato da Napoleone un grande dipinto di Paolo Veronese che ora si trova al museo Louvre .
