, Serengeti National Park, Tanzania. Specie: Madoqua kirkii

Very beautiful!
Going from memory for me is the dik dik Kirk (Madoqua kirkii), the subspecies Damara, if I'm not mistaken, I think living in Namibia or otherwise in 'South Africa.

Ben is Memy your clarification: on-line I found little on Dik-Dik and almost all exclusively on Damara, however, that to me was present mainly in Namibia (where I could not photograph it because it was too elusive!). So Kirk's Dik-Dik .... Even if I have a picture almost perfect because for a moment it stopped I decided to make this comment that, with all its imperfections, makes it better shyness elusive and restlessness of this small antelope always on the move or infrattata the bushes.

In fact ... Often, especially with birds, we end up reproducing images such as Egyptian paintings: property and profile! :-D:-D:-D

Very nice, highly dynamic and subject still very well defined background blur. Compliments.

It 'a beautiful picture, and, even if everything is perfectible, you do not see the flaws listed by you. I dwell to say that always goes the saying, "if you believe you believe it all" and, of course, the opposite. It 'a picture that has not had the attention it deserved.
A greeting
Maurizio

Thanks Maurizio for your positive intervention :-)
Indeed rivendondola after so long I get less "imperfect" than when I presented: the shooting circumstances, sudden, and Jeep in motion, they were what they were, and have also chosen the panning to highlight the mobility of the subject: - ) :-)
Thanks also to Flory60 :-)
