Very nice detachment of the eagle. Too bad for the cut of the wing. Quite sharp and beautiful colors although perhaps the sky is a bit too saturated. Hello Siro. Ciao Siro. |

Thanks Luigi & Luigi ! Siro, you're right about almost everything... the sky was in fact so saturated on this cold New England winter morning with about 13 degrees below zero. I often find myself removing some saturation in the photos (especially in winter) to make the sky "more credible", in this case I did not. As for cutting the wings, you are absolutely right and I ate my hands when the eagle took flight. After making several close-ups, I was just about to zoom in and widen the frame for a possible take-off, when an imbecile with a radio-controlled car decided to pass by, scaring the eagle and taking away my time to react. I console myself with the fact that I was able to enjoy 20 minutes of observation of this splendid specimen almost undisturbed. Hello Luke
Grazie Luigi & Luigi ! Ciao Luca |
