"Drio casa" in dialetto bellunese, significa letteralmente dietro casa. Questa foto è stata scattata a pochi passi da casa mia, verso il Monte Serva (Selva il nome originario per via delle foreste che l'ammantavano). Questa montagna detta anche la montagna dei Bellunesi, alta poco più di 2000 metri, è inserita totalmente nel Parco Nazionale Dolomiti Bellunesi, e come si può notare, non ha nulla di dolomitico. Presa d'assalto quotidianamente dagli abitanti di Belluno, anche se non è di dolomia, è un punto panoramico eccezionale, all'interno del parco nazionale. Dalla sua cima di 2133 metri, raggiungibile con 2.30 ore di buon cammino, senza particolari difficoltà, si possono ammirare in ordine: le Vette Feltrine, il gruppo del Cimonega, le Pale di San Martino, il gruppo dei Monti del Sole, il gruppo della Schiara, il Pelmo, l'Antelao, le dolomiti d'Oltre Piave e il gruppo montuoso dell'Alpago/Monte Cavallo e la Valbelluna. Se si è fortunati nelle giornate più limpide, volgendo lo sguardo verso sud, si riesce ad intravvedere la laguna veneta e il mare adriatico. Ecco che una "semplice montagna" in mezzo a tante meraviglie diventa pure lei, meravigliosa al tempo stesso, per tutte le bellezze che permette di osservare.
