The 16/9 shot creates space and gives the photo breath. From a compositional point of view, it is well done. Very contrasty, however it does not disturb. On the other hand, it disturbs the blue of the horizon which I honestly don't like very much. For personal taste I would have opted for a warmer time of the day to enhance the color of the rocks (for heaven's sake the blue sky with these clouds is always very cool! 8-) ). A nice photo.
