Mi piace molto questa foto!...complimenti Ettore!...ottima scelta del pdr e trovo che la luce delle finestre "bruciata" e la porta d'ingresso "non bruciata" creino un ottima atmosfera!...non mi convince molto il taglio della prima trave ma comunque rimane una foto molto gradevole!

I really like this picture! ... Congratulations Hector! ... Excellent choice of pdr and found that the light from the windows "burned" and the front door "unburned" create a great atmosphere! ... I am not convinced cutting the very first beam but still remains a very nice photo!

Probabilmente la porta d'ingresso sono riuscito a non bruciarla perché esternamente è sormontata da un porticato che conduce al battistero di fronte la chiesa; sulle finestre in alto batteva il sole diretto invece.
Hai ragione per la trave tagliata, ma la chiesa era molto buia ed in fase di scatto, guardando nel mirino, non me ne ero accorto 
Avrei potuto rimediare in post rifilando qualcosina, ma per eliminare del tutto la trave avrei dovuto tagliare a metà il rosone, oppure scendere ancora più in basso includendo solo le ultime due travi, ma a quel punto il taglio non mi convinceva più: troppo poco respiro in alto.

Per il diaframma hai ragione, sicuramente un po più chiuso sarebbe stato meglio, ma ero già ad 800 iso ed al tempo di scatto limite quindi ho dovuto accettare questo compromesso.

For the aperture you're right, definitely a bit more closed would have been better, but I was already at ISO 800 and the shutter speed limit so I had to accept this compromise.
