HK è una delle città al mondo che amavo di più, ci sono andato tre volte in ferie per tre settimane ciascuna volta, ci stavo benissimo e la amavo profondamente, ottimi ristoranti e tanta cultura, io andavo all'Hotel Cordis, a Mong Kok,al quinto piano ha un ristorante stellato Michelin, due stelle, il "Ming Court", e ci si mangia benissimo.
Purtroppo, con l'ammissione alla Cina comunista, Hong Kong ha perso la sua "anima", gli hanno tolto il suo soul vero e profondo, libero, vivace ed apertissimo al mondo, alle nuove idee, alla diversità della vita e del pensiero.
