Sull'Horror non penso ci sia dubbio. Sul Thrilling aspetto domani sera per esprimermi, dopo suppongo paziente lavoro di spugnetta e spazzolino per rimuovere il tanto fango. Pregando a modo mio e sperando in bene. Di sicuro quando ogni giorno più o meno festivo fotografi gente a mollo nel fango, finisci per finirci anche tu e la tua attrezzatura prima o poi, come da copione al primo piede in fallo nel tappetone di fango viscoso

Two tanks, how was the cleaning?

For now it seems fine: they worked in some way even muddy for the last series of photos of the day, a couple of hundred taken more or less regularly as much as possible
Some noises zooming, considering that it took me a while to clean the barrel on the fly, however something has entered
After first cleaning they seem to have recovered, I let "rest" for a day abundant and tomorrow review and control
we will cross our fingers

Poor!!! Things that hopefully never happen. However, I read that you took it well and you can see the glass half full!!!
I think of you on this Friday the 17th. Come on, it's Christmas soon. Greetings. Magú

A blind faith in the equipment :-o . I admire his courage :-o ... I always put a bag with elastic even if mine have the reputation of "indestructible" but then the money is my :-D
Digression aside, thank you for sharing these experiences with us.
Greetings

I want to know how it ended!!!!

It's over that after thorough cleaning, everything seems to work, at least so far
I just took 3 days of competitions at the Italian Cyclocross Championships, and two other races before
to understand each other, all those after the "fattaccio" ;-)
as a precaution, I bought back used another 24/105 first series which is the classic "handyman" that I use so much and I keep in reserve because among all the bogged down material was the one where it had entered at the moment more mud in the barrel and anyway, cleaning it to the good I continued to shoot even in those conditions to finish the service
we cross our fingers, I posted the image for a bit of superstitious irony, but the real damage, despite everything, seems quite limited and from the photo onwards I took several thousand photos
a cordial greeting

Nice shot! the water and the mud itself should not create problems for the machines, for all the gaskets they have, if they were only immersed, the worst is the impact that could damage the attack between the optics and the camera body. best wishes!

Good late afternoon,
Claudiothanks
you read it ended well:
as I wrote even before, despite the slip with a little cleaning on the fly I could continue to shoot even almost immediately, as soon as I removed the "big" of the mud, finishing the service
then at home with a couple of hours of rags and toothbrush used with precaution everything returned to normal conditions of use, more or less ;-)
this is the time that the material has been put to the test in a more evident way by my momentary carelessness, but we are used in outdoor sports to face all the
conditionsnaturally always hoping that they are not too much to the limit, but that also happens, if you look in the galleries, something at the limit you see ;-)
a cordial
greeting

Thanks also to you
vWalterin fact it is more or less as you say, even if a little' mud on the barrel a little' of "aftermath" leaves
thembut we are used ;-)
a salutone
