Quest'anno ho avuto la fortuna e l'emozione di trovare un nido di Ghiandaia Marina in un albero, nelle campagne del Parco del delta del Po, non mi era mai capitato, di solito vista la scarsità dei luoghi idonei alla nidificazione, questa specie usa perlopiù cavità artificiali. Così con l'aiuto di un amico fotografo ho iniziato gradualmente a creare un capanno idoneo a fotografare questo splendido uccello, senza arrecargli disturbo, le abbiamo osservate e fotografate fino all'involo dei due piccoli.
