STExplorers: The Dark Abyss sent on December 08, 2021 (21:48) by Jacopo Pasqualotto. 4 comments, 293 views. [retina]

1.3 sec f/8.0, ISO 25600, tripod.

STExplorer. ILLUMINAZIONE: torcetta azimutale mezza scarica a led smd. NOTE: ho impiegato almeno 40 minuti a posizionare la luce in modo che mi convincesse.

I spent at least 40 minutes positioning the light so that it would convince me.

which makes the difference... between a photo and a photo!
Beato you who can do it ;-)

Thank you :-D
But you too I see that you get away with it: in the gallery you have Giochi di bimba which is beautiful !!!
In these years, as I go on with the sets of the Explorer I am more and more convinced that the Photo is made 90% by light: even with a mediocre subject, if you have excellent lighting will still come out a beautiful image.

But I also see that you get away with it...

there is a big difference, I do not manage and I do not know how to manage the light, simply: I use it
if there is good ... otherwise it will be a photo to be discarded.
it is not an 'artistic' choice... maybe it's more laziness.
pigrizia that constitutes my 'style' in taking photographs: I am very... extremely objective, I take up reality, the 'wow!' effect does not belong to me.
Ragion so: if in my life I have ever made beautiful images it is simply because that time I went to 'ass' :-D
