Dopo la vendemmia rimangono in qua ed in là questi piccoli grappoli. Solitamente sono la seconda fioritura della vite e maturano nel periodo ed oltre ... di SAN MARTINO , se la stagione lo permette . Con autunni come questo appena trascorso , aiutati da un clima caldo e poco piovoso, riescono a maturare bene avendo a disposizione tutta la pianta ancora vegeta, ne viene un acino molto dolce, dal quale qualcuno sa tirar fuori del buon vino.
