La Lancia Aurelia B 20 in versione Coupé fu costruita dal 1950 al 1958 in 6 differenti Serie. Esistono anche vetture allestite in piccolissime Serie da altri preparatori come le Carrozzerie di Pininfarina e Vignale. La 5° Serie... questa visibile in fotografia... fu costruita nel biennio 1956-57 ed era dotata di un motore con 6 cilindri a V di 2531 cm3 erogante 110 cavalli di potenza che portavano la vettura fino a circa 175 chilometri orari di velocità massima. Rispetto alla precedente versione il propulsore era stato depotenziato di 8 cavalli per rendere la vettura più longeva. Questa 5° Serie è riconoscibile per la modanatura cromata apposta sul cofano anteriore.
