I had already congratulated the person seeing it on the monitor and renew them here! As you already guessed from the display is a great shot and beautiful, with those ISO then!

Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful pictures of these beautiful animals.

Hello and congratulations, fabrizio

Thanks to all comments.
@ Alago: Thank you, I'm very happy with the high ISO performance of the D4, if you have not already done so check our other photos in the gallery, two of which are ISO 5000.
It is clear that I applied the noise reduction, more determined in the background, and selective and very sensitive on some parts of the Owl, with Photoshop CS6.
During shooting was inevitable to freeze the action to keep the iso higher than usual, it was already late afternoon, and the sky was covered with clouds.
Beyond this shot dynamic, in the course of the day I did several tests by raising and lowering the iso, and analyzed the files to the PC, I concluded that in low light, 4000/5000 iso are already well on the edge of success. While with good light, you can easily spingere over.
Thank you again.
